Just like many other children, at fifteen I dreamed of racing cars. This led to an idea to build one myself. I put all the hours possible into sawing and welding. After all my hard work my first go-kart stood before me in the shed on my parent’s farm. My dream was now a reality. I quickly realized my friends were so keen on my go-kart they were hard to get off it, which is why I built another one – and thus BERG Toys came about.

More than two decades on and BERG Toys has become the world leader in go-karts, with sales in more than forty countries. Our enthusiasm for play products underscored an ambition to offer more outdoor toys,

and as a result we started making trampolines, balanzbikes and other outdoor toys.
