How long does it take to assemble the trampoline?
For first time assembly, allow 60 minutes for trampoline and 90 minutes for safety net.
Is the trampoline easy to assemble?
Yes. An assembly picture sheet is provided with step-by-step instructions.

Can the trampoline be delivered?
Yes the Trampolines are delivered Australia wide via our Courier Service.
What are the delivery times?
Metro areas allow 3-5 working days.
Rural and remote areas allow a maximum of 10 working days.
For some rural areas, delivery is only to the nearest shipping depot.
Can I pick up the trampoline?
Collection is only available from Ivanhoe Showroom (Melbourne).
Can I request specific delivery instructions?
If you are unable to be home to sign for the goods, please notify us of special delivery instructions.
Can Favorit or Jumping Styles trampolines be lowered into the ground?
YES here are 2 options – full immersion into ground or partial lowering. Both option require the excavation of earth.
FULL IN GROUND IMMERSION
For example a Favorit 430 would require a hole 430cm diameter x 90cm deep.
PARTIAL IN GROUND IMMERSION
For example a Favorit 430 would require a ‘bowl’ hole 330cm diameter x 60cm deep. By removing the upper leg sections in the frame the trampoline can sit over a bowl shaped hole lowering the trampoline to about 30cm above the ground. This makes the trampoline less obtrusive and safer to use.
